My 100.............

Here are 100 randomous things about me..................................
Dev I am copycatting you. I thought this would be fun- until I started.

1. I am completely content right now with my life. I really do love it.
2. I hate extreme temperatures, either hot or cold.
3. I stalked Jason. He still jokes about this because I seem like such a desperate loser, but it is true. I illegally broke into his school records and looked at his grades, scholarship and college application, and his class schedule. I also took pictures of him when he didn't know it. I am a loser, yes. I admit complete obsession with him to this day.
4. I got engaged on my 20th birthday, outside in the freezing snow by a river.
5. I was also proposed to by 2 psychiatric patients that I had.

7. I was driven to the prom by my date's grandpa.
8. Jason is the only man I have ever kissed.

14. I have owned 2 rats, Shayna and Hollywood.
15. When I was about 8 I threw up in my neighbors swimming pool because her little sister had a runny snotty nose and it made me gag until I wretched. I immediately ran home because I was terrified of their father. (For good reason, come to find out....................)
16. I love Primary.
17. I locked myself in the bathroom and hid in the tub the first time I went into labor.

Riley's Baptism

I know this is old news, but the snow tonight reminded me of Riley's baptism. It was thick and gorgeous but it caused many of you to miss this blessed occasion. So here are a few snaps of what you missed out on.

BEAUTY AND THE BACON
This was such an awesome thing for Riley and Jason to share. I am so proud of both of them. I could just slobber all over myself when I think of that day. The water in the font was freezing. You could see Jason hesitate when he stepped in!! He had to push Riles under because she was so cold. Such fun memories. I had just told Ri in my talk that at least the water would be warm for her unlike President Woodruff. He was baptized in a icy river. Hmm, no floating ice chunks though.......

FRICK AND FRACK AND FRIDDLE IN THE MIDDLE
My sweet nuggets of love!! We had to carry them all in through oodles of snow and all they really wanted was to get down and play in it.

RILEY GRACE MARSHALL
Here is Ri posing in the GORGEOUS snow. It couldn't have been a more beautiful day. We are so grateful for the friends and family that did brave the white stuff to support Riley. After the baptism we had a rockin' fun party and tons of yummy food!!

The handsomest cowpoke west of the Mississippi.

The Mamarazzi caught Jack here in a rare moment while doing the remake of 'Urban Cowboy'. He is the bull.

Happy Bob Day

It is Jason's birth month, albeit not too grand of a party so far. So I thought I would post 32 things we love about our 32 year-old guy.

1. He is brave!! He is brave to leave the house everyday and not see our kids 24/7 like I do. He is brave to have multitudes of harrowing jobs that would leave me crying everyday. He is brave to marry ME. He is brave to move around like we have without blinking an eye. He is brave to have 4 babies and have lived through all of the pregnancies!
2. He is my hero, because I love him. (Mads)

3. I love his hugs. (Mad and Am)

4. I love that he is always thinking of his family and what will make us happy.

5. He is an awesome teacher!! He is great at POST, CEU, Elders Quorum, Sunday School, Family Home Evening. He has great ideas and good information.

6. He gives an amazing back rub.

7. When he travels for work he always brings a book home for all of us. It is a tradition we all look forward to.

8. He kicks butt on the basketball court.

9. Don't tell him, but he is a VERY good driver.

10. He sacrifices greatly for our family.

11. He has gone to all of my prenatal visits, even the ones that happened during the Olympics.

12. He aint no sissy!!! He has always been a Dad. He never shirked diaper changes, feedings (when he could), throw up, blood, bed times, homework, medicine..... the list goes on. He's a Dad when he's with his kids, not a babysitter.

13. He has his own bedtime ritual with the kids. So sweet............

14. He coaches the kids teams.

15. He gives to me very freely without any strings. He wants me to be happy and enjoy my life.

16. What can you really say about a man in uniform? He's hot not matter what the temperature is. Have you seen him in a class A?

17. His genuine willingness to help others is amazing.

18. He takes his grandma cinnamon rolls and candy because they are her favorite things.

19. I like to have popcorn and Dr. Pepper with Dad. I love it!! (Mads)

20. I LOVE that we value the same things and we have the same goals.

21. He forgives easily.
22. Not only do I love, but I couldn't be more grateful for the fact that he honors the priesthood. That has been a blessing in our lives that I can never explain.
23. I love to play racquetball with him. (Riley)

24. I like to go hunting with Dad. (Jack)

25. I like it that he takes care of Max. (Riley)
26. He is compelled to 'listen' to his empty cup when he first picks it up. It's just a funny quirk.

27. He always gasses up the 'sport van' for me and makes sure that it has all of its check-ups.

28. He mows the lawn, which is something I hate to do.

29. He is very patient with me.

30. He's good with a gun.

31. He's funny and fun to be with.

32. I love to hold hands with him.
I could go on, but he is only 32..................

That's my girl!!!!

Our eyes, blurred from our frantic and hasty escape from 'The Halfway House', we spent Saturday morning cheering on our Flyin' Riley. This was her first tumbling meet. She did an awesome job. She did one routine on the trampoline, two floor passes, and 2 double mini-tramp routines. With extraordinary scoring;) she brought home two silver medals and one bronze. Way to go Ri!!
